We start slow on purpose. Settle into The Planning Hale, share a sunset dinner, and spend the evening connecting with your fellow VIPs before the work begins. This is your permission to fully arrive. No agenda, no deliverables, just good food and the kind of conversation that sets the tone for everything that follows.
FRIDAY 11/13
9am - 4pm
Day one is about reflection. We will measure 2027 on your terms, work through the River of Business framework, and carve out solo work time to process what you are discovering. Pair shares, group energy, and a structured activity to close out the day.
SATURDAY 11/14
9am - 6pm
Day two is where the plan comes together. We build your vision organizer, clarify your values and your BHAG (big hairy audacious goal), and map your 3-year and 1-year picture. You will leave with your 2027 calendar, and a clarity block to get real feedback on what has been keeping you stuck. We close with a celebration dinner.
SUNDAY 11/15 (VIP ONLY)
10am - 3pm
A small-group mastermind to close things out, capped at 12 women so everyone gets real time. This is your chance to get immediate coaching and direct feedback on the decisions in front of you for your business. You leave Sunday ready, not just inspired.
