Not because they were not smart or driven, but because no one had ever helped them sit down, get honest about what they actually wanted, and build a focused roadmap to get there.
That is the work we do here. I bring 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience into every session and I show up as a thought partner, not a guru. We figure it out together.
